50 g/13⁄4 oz Cheerios
1 pink grapefruit
1 juicy orange
150 ml/5 fl oz low-fat orange yogurt, chilled
1. Lay a large piece of foil or greaseproof paper on a work surface and sprinkle the Cheerios over one half, then fold over to cover. Lightly crush the cereal with a rolling pin, then tip into a bowl.
2. Cut off the peel from the fruit, removing all the pith with a small serrated knife. Cut out the segments.
3. Layer half the fruit in glass bowls or serving dishes and top with half the yogurt and half the Cheerios. Repeat the layers and serve.
Tip: Try using peach yogurt with peaches and raspberries in summer, and berry yogurt with blackberries and pears in autumn.
