1 large red eating apple
60 g/21⁄4 oz Cheerios
300 ml/10 fl oz thick and creamy vanilla yogurt
2 heaped tbsp sultanas
1. Core the apple and cut into thin, bite-sized slices.
2. Divide half the ingredients between 2 glasses or dishes, arranging layers of Cheerios, yogurt, apple and sultanas.
3. Repeat the layers with the remaining half of the ingredients.
Tips: You can use a ripe pear instead of the apple, and different flavours of thick yogurt for this dish.
