1 large or 2 small oranges
250 ml/9 fl oz low-fat natural bio yogurt (see Tip)
50 ml/2 fl oz semi-skimmed milk
50 g/13⁄4 oz Cheerios
1 tbsp clear honey
1. Peel the orange using a small serrated knife, removing all the white pith, and cut it into segments. Chop each segment into 2–3 smaller pieces.
2. Beat together the bio yogurt and milk in a bowl.
3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into 2 glasses or cereal dishes, then top with the oranges and Cheerios and drizzle with the honey.
Tip: Bio yogurt is milder and creamier than non-bio, and may be better for your health, as it contains probiotics.
