CHEERIOS® Childline Breakfast Together Week, which takes place from the 8th - 14th October 2012, is a fundraising event which encourages people to host a breakfast and raise vital funds for Childline.
Hosting a breakfast event is really simple. Anyone can join in; from crèches and schools, to companies, to parents, friends and family.
Invite your friends, colleagues, families to a breakfast during our breakfast week 8th - 14th October, suggest a minimum donation of €2 and you’re done!

How to take part
To take part and help raise money for Childline register now by calling 1850 50 40 50. Once registered, you'll receive a free fundraising pack with everything you need to make your breakfast morning a success!
It's not all about Breakfast...
If you're not a fan of breakfast then why not substitute a breakfast morning for a coffee morning, or if you're feeling adventurous, impress your guests with a tea party!
Remember, no matter how big or small your breakfast, the money you raise will make a real difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in Ireland.
€5 could answer 1 more call to Childline.
€100 could enable us to speak to an extra 20 children through Childline who desperately need our help.
€300 could answer 60 calls to Childline, helping vulnerable Irish children who feel they have nowhere else to turn.
€6,250 could cover the costs of running Childline for 12 hours, enabling us to answer 1,250 calls.
€9,227 could pay for an extra 15 volunteers to be trained enabling Childline to answer on average 22,500 more calls over a 12 month period.
